By signing up and actively using the MadCashDash program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. MadCashDash may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with MadCashDash. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to file an appeal. Your continued participation in the MadCashDashprogram following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

 

You and MadCashDash are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and MadCashDash. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of MadCashDash. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the MadCashDash program. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but it not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline by any means or method is prohibited.

 

MadCashDash will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or MadCashDash program, even if MadCashDash has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, MadCashDash aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

 

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with MadCashDash and may result in legal prosecution. MadCashDash strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. MadCashDash may charge up to $5 per Spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. MadCashDash will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.

 

Members will be paid via check, PayPal, Alert-Pay, Visa gift card, Wal Mart gift card, or Amazon gift card. Please read "Frequent Questions" page for details and fees. Starting July 1, 2010 MadCashDash will pay members on Friday by 11:59pm. In order to receive a payment that is sent on Friday, members must request a withdrawal from their account by 11:59pm on Thursday.

At MadCashDash, we strive to develop innovative services to better serve our users. We recognize that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate our services with the protection of your privacy in mind. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we gather when you use MadCashDash's services, as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard it.

The following principles apply to the personally identifying information we ask for and that you provide. "Personally identifying information" is information that individually identifies you, such as your name, physical address or email address.

 

MadCashDash collects limited non-personally identifying information your browser makes available whenever you visit a website. This log information includes your Internet Protocol address, browser type, the date and time of your access and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. We use this information to operate, develop and improve our services.

 

Some of our services require you to register for an account. MadCashDash asks you for some personal information in order to create an account (typically your name, email address, e-gold account and a password for your account) and we will use that information to provide the service. We will not sell, disclose or lease our member’s personal information to any other entity, unless this information is required by a local Law Enforcement Agency's.

 

All games on MadCashDash are meant for entertainment purposes only. Games are played for points only. Points/Coins have no real value on MadCashDash. In order to play any of the games, you must have a minimum balance of one hundred (100) points in your user account. Most states in the U.S.A. consider a game to be gambling when a user must purchase points to play. At no time can points be purchased with cash on MadCashDash. Additional points can only be gained by completing offers or by winning games and/or contests. Useage of these games constitutes acceptance of these terms and of the rules listed on the game pages on this site. (June 25, 2010 revision).

Please note this Privacy Policy will change from time to time. We expect most such changes to be minor, but there may be changes that are more significant.
